• A formula fed baby usually has drier stool.
• If the baby has frequent vomiting, abdominal bloating, blood in stool or delayed growth, it is recommended to promptly seek medical attention.

• After the complementary food is added to the baby’s diet, the stool color may change. E.g. eating red color food may result in red color stools.
  
  Promptly consult a doctor if you observe the following:
  • Stools are mucoid and contains blood and pus
  • Abdominal pain or vomiting
  • Bright red blood streaks on the surface of stool
